Heavy Shooting Going On In Ekiti Govt House, Fayose Raises Alarm

The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose has raised the alarm that heavy shooting is going on in Ado Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital at present.

The governor said this via his twitter handle, adding, “Heavy shooting now going on in front of Ekiti Govt house by armed policemen brought by the APC.”

The governor posted the picture of the armed policemen as they stood at the  entrance to Ekiti Govt House.

“This is the entrance now blocked by gun wielding mobile policemen. The plan is to prevent our victory walk slated for today but we will remain undeterred.

Power of God and the people will prevail over Federal Power,” he said.

Mr Bashua was a Nigerian diplomat while Mr Adesanmi was a professor at Carleton University in Canada.
