WHY WE MUST VOTE FELICITA FOR SECRETARY

*THE MYSTERIES OF THE SECRETARIAT*
Have you ever wondered why the position of the secretary is the only office with an assistant?
Have you ever wondered why it as though the *SECRETARY* works but has no laudable works to show for it?
Do you still wonder the relevance of the *SECRETARY* to organization and association ?
Have you ever wondered what will happen when *inexperience* meets the working of a system?
Well ! I *think* , I *ponder* and I *wonder* too on the *mysteries of the secretariat*
Clerical duties such as writing, minutes taking , effective documentation and accurate record keeping are no doubts duties and functions of the *SECRETARY* but the *mysteries* goes beyond that.
The secretary is the *ADMINSTRATIVE IMAGE OF ANY ORGANISATION, INSTIUTION OR UNION* . Therefore, he is duty bound to represent them at all times.
He holds the *formal* *content* of the union of which at his negligence the union **crashes* !!!.
*He collates the opinion and ideas of the members for an effective running of the union and as such places the interest of the members at forefront.*

*Have you wondered why his actions may not be visibly seen?* This is because he is like a *foundation* holding and projecting the beauty of a *house* . Though it may not be *seen* but is *Paramount* .
*The secretary projects through his efforts the actions of all other arm which can be seen.*
**Have you ever wondered what will happen if there is disorderliness on the strides  of the union?* *Or what fate we may suffer when we do not know the state of the organization or union we claim to be a*part of?.The *RIGORIOUS* nature of the secretariat cannot be overemphasized. *He may not be seen with visible and laudable projects yet for every of these projects, he has an untold efforts just like the foundation of a  building.*
In all, *THE MYSTERIES OF THE SECRETARIAT* itself lies in the conclusion that when you have no *experience* of the system you waste a greater pamrt of the years trying to build efforts and find your ways.

BREAKING:Adamawa gov poll declared inclusive

The Governorship election in Adamawa state has been declared inconclusive. Prof. Andrew Haruna stated so, while declaring the results in Yola, Monday morning. He cited the principle of the margin of lead, saying the slim margin of 32,476 necessitated the inconclusive declaration. As according to him, ballots cancelled for various infractions amounted to 40988 which is higher than the margin of lead. He therefore, called on the electorate to exercise patience, while the commission fixes a new date to conclude the exercise in the affected 44 Polling Units in 28 Registration Areas. However, the results as announced, indicates that Ahmed Umar Fintiri, candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), is leading in the Governorship race in Adamawa state. Fintiri polled 367,471 votes, while the incumbent governor, Jibrilla Bindow of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), scored 334,995.
