*THE MYSTERIES OF THE SECRETARIAT*
Have you ever wondered why the position of the secretary is the only office with an assistant?
Have you ever wondered why it as though the *SECRETARY* works but has no laudable works to show for it?
Do you still wonder the relevance of the *SECRETARY* to organization and association ?
Have you ever wondered what will happen when *inexperience* meets the working of a system?
Well ! I *think* , I *ponder* and I *wonder* too on the *mysteries of the secretariat*
Clerical duties such as writing, minutes taking , effective documentation and accurate record keeping are no doubts duties and functions of the *SECRETARY* but the *mysteries* goes beyond that.
The secretary is the *ADMINSTRATIVE IMAGE OF ANY ORGANISATION, INSTIUTION OR UNION* . Therefore, he is duty bound to represent them at all times.
He holds the *formal* *content* of the union of which at his negligence the union **crashes* !!!.
*He collates the opinion and ideas of the members for an effective running of the union and as such places the interest of the members at forefront.*

*Have you wondered why his actions may not be visibly seen?* This is because he is like a *foundation* holding and projecting the beauty of a *house* . Though it may not be *seen* but is *Paramount* .
*The secretary projects through his efforts the actions of all other arm which can be seen.*
**Have you ever wondered what will happen if there is disorderliness on the strides of the union?* *Or what fate we may suffer when we do not know the state of the organization or union we claim to be a*part of?.The *RIGORIOUS* nature of the secretariat cannot be overemphasized. *He may not be seen with visible and laudable projects yet for every of these projects, he has an untold efforts just like the foundation of a building.*
In all, *THE MYSTERIES OF THE SECRETARIAT* itself lies in the conclusion that when you have no *experience* of the system you waste a greater pamrt of the years trying to build efforts and find your ways.

Teacher, student busted pants down in school Broniupdate.blogspot.com Residents gathered at the scene where the incident reportedly happened.[Photo/David Otini] There was drama on Wednesday morning at a boys' secondary school in Kisiani after a student was found in a teacher's house. According to the students, the two were caught having sex during the morning prep class. The students further noted that the two were so close in a manner that did not portray a student-teacher relationship. Speaking to a Hivisasa writer, a staff at the school noted that the deputy principal has been conducting investigations and spying on the two after rumors regarding them reached his desk. "The deputy principal likes to make a stop at the teacher's house every time he goes to his home," said a worker from the institution. The incident caused a stir in the school, bringing learning and other school activities to a standstill. The deputy head teacher kept the students away
